What is Balance Club?
Balance Club is a monthly membership designed to inspire balance in your daily life. Club members receive a new Lokai each month + 20% off any purchase, anytime. Each Balance Club drop features a never-before-seen, exclusive design with themes to help you set intentions, create good habits, and find your balance.
What Balance Club Lokai will I receive first?
Your first shipment is up to you! You can join the Balance Club by adding the bracelet of the month, or any other Member Exclusive Lokai to your cart. Your package will take a few days to arrive, but your perks start as soon as you sign up — use your 20% discount on any purchase sitewide.
When will I receive my next bracelet of the month?
Monthly Balance Club designs are announced the 1st of every month — during this time, you can Swap or Skip your monthly shipment. Your Balance Club package will ship on the 4th, or the first following weekday.
How long is each design available?
Each Balance Club design is made in limited quantities. Your best chance at getting a design you love is to sign up for that month’s drop! Past bracelet designs are available exclusively to members in the Balance Club Collection, until sold out.
How do I Skip a month or Swap the design?
We get it! Not every design is for everyone, so we made it easy to Swap the bracelet of the month for another style, or Skip the month if you need a break.
To Swap: Log into your account and select the Membership tab. Make changes to your upcoming shipment by clicking the ‘Bracelet’ dropdown menu, and select your new design.
To Skip: Log into your account and select the Membership tab. Select EDIT MEMBERSHIP, and Skip the shipment by following the steps in the membership portal. If you do not Skip before the 11:59 EST on the 3rd of the month, your package will ship as scheduled on the 4th.
Does my membership give back to charity?
As a Balance Club member, you can choose your cause for a monthly donation. Go to your account and select the charity you’d like your membership to contribute to each month. Once you make a selection, your membership will continue contributing to this cause until you change it. If you make no selection, your donation will default to Lokai’s 10% Giveback fund, helping Lokai’s pledge to donate 10% of net profits to charity.
How do I use my 20% Balance Club Discount?
Be sure you are logged in to your account — your Balance Club discount will apply automatically across the site and in your cart.
When will my membership end?
You will receive a Balance Club shipment every month unless you Skip the month or Cancel your membership. You can Skip as many times as you’d like, and Cancel anytime after receiving 2 member shipments.
Select EDIT MEMBERSHIP in your Account, and follow the steps in the membership portal to Skip the month or Cancel your membership.
